Questions owners ask us
Our staff are not comfortable with phones. Will this work?
Yes. The staff app has big buttons, works in Marathi and Hindi, and staff can simply speak instead of typing. Most attendants learn the medicine round and gate entry in one short session.
How long does it take to start?
Most homes are running within a week. Send us your register or Excel sheet, we add your residents, and we train your staff in one visit or video call.
Do families need to pay or download anything?
Families never pay for Vatsaly. They join with one SMS link and can use the free family app. Families who don’t want an app can still get updates by SMS, or on WhatsApp with the Plus plan.
Can we collect fees and donations online?
Yes. Families pay fees by UPI from the family app or a payment link, and the receipt is sent to them automatically. Donations are recorded with 80G receipts in one click.
Is our residents’ data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on servers in Mumbai. Families can only see their own parent, staff-only notes are never shown to families, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
We are a small charitable home. Is there a lower price?
Yes. The Seva plan is ₹999 a month for trust and charitable homes with up to 25 residents, and paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Talk to us if your home needs something special.
